What currency are the prices displayed in on the site?
All prices are in Dirhams.

I just placed an order, when will it be delivered?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. 
Delivery will be from 3-5 working days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We do not accept refunds; however, exchange is available. All sales are final. Please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after placed.

I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you have misspelled or entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Notify us via email at lumieerethelabel@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we will update the address. After 24 hours, no changes can be made, and no refund will be issued.
