Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions. After the inspection is completed, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing and acceptance time. If your refund has not been reflected in your account after 10 business days, please contact us at lumieerethelabel@gmail.com so we can assist you and address the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you wish to exchange your product, the best way to do so is to return the item in question. Once the return is processed, you can place a separate order for the new product. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability and shipping fees.
Damages or Issues
We highly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lumieerethelabel@gmail.com. We will review the issue and offer a refund.
